What you pay the visa centre - never us
These are charged by the consulate and its visa centre, in pounds at their exchange rate, when you attend. They are the same whether or not you use our service.
Visa fees are non-refundable if a visa is refused. That is why getting the application right first time matters.

How much do you charge?
Our fee depends on the country, the number of applicants and the package. We confirm a fixed price on WhatsApp before you pay anything. Official fees - the €90 visa fee and the visa centre’s service charge - are always separate and paid directly to the visa centre.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most clients work with us entirely on WhatsApp and email. You will still need to attend the visa centre in person for your appointment, because fingerprints and your documents must be handed in by you.
Do you help families and groups?
Yes. We regularly prepare applications for couples, families with children and small groups travelling together, and keep every file consistent so applications can be submitted together.
How do you handle my documents and personal data?
