Why we exist

Applying for a Schengen visa from the UK should be straightforward. In practice, people lose weeks to contradictory advice, scarce appointments and document requirements that change from one consulate to the next - and a refusal costs the visa fee, the trip and a mark on the next application.

We started Schengen Visa Support to give UK residents a trustworthy alternative to guesswork, with appointments booked the proper way: free, on the official system, in your own name. Our job is simple: make sure that when you walk into the visa centre, your application is complete, consistent and clearly evidenced.

What we are - and are not

We are a private visa admin support service: we help with the paperwork side of Schengen visa applications. We are not an embassy, consulate, visa centre or government body, and we have no influence over visa decisions or appointment availability. We do not book, hold or supply appointments, and we do not give UK immigration advice. Official fees are always paid by you directly to the visa centre or consulate.
