How long does it take to get a visa appointment?
We typically locate and assist in booking your appointment within 1–4 working days, depending on your preferred centre and country.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No agency or agent can guarantee approval. What we do guarantee is a professionally prepared application that meets all the required standards, which improves your chances.
What if I get rejected?
We can help review your refusal letter and reapply if needed. We also help correct documents and explain reasons for rejection in your next application.
Can I get an urgent appointment?
Yes — if slots are available, we will book them. Prime appointments often open on Mondays and Fridays and are limited.
Is your service fee refundable?
Service fees are refundable only if we cannot assist you with booking your appointment. Once an appointment is booked or forms/documents are prepared, the service is considered delivered.
Can tourists in the UK apply for a Schengen visa?
Generally no — only legal UK residents can apply. You must have proof of address and legal stay (BRP, residence permit, etc.).
Do you help with France, Germany, Italy, and Spain?
Yes — we cover all 27 Schengen countries through their respective centres (VFS/TLS/BLS).
